How the Complete Setup Works
- Fasten the Floor Mount to a solid, flat floor with the five included self-tapping screws. A small pilot hole for each one makes them start clean. Going into wood? Swap in #8 x 1-inch flathead wood screws.
- Angle the EZ5 into the mount and press it down, and add a padlock when the setup needs to be secured.
- Connect and guide the Hose Bender for the pour. Its controlled bend reaches into the fill opening and its hook rests on the lip for support.
- Use all three handles as the load shifts; the little front one earns its keep at the end of the pour.
Don't mount it over a hot engine or near heat, sparks, or flame.

What does the Hose Bender hook do?
The hook rests on the fill-container lip to help support the spout while the flexible bend guides it into and back out of the opening.
How does the Floor Mount hold the jug?
The hardened-steel frame fastens to a solid, flat floor. Angle the EZ5 in and press it down, and it rides upright during transport. A padlock can go through the mount for added security. Full install steps are on the Floor Mount page.
Does the Floor Mount come with screws?
Yes. Five self-tapping screws come in the box for metal floors. Drill a small pilot hole for each. For a wood floor, #8 x 1-inch flathead wood screws grip better. Bolting through? Risk’s spec lists 3/16-inch flathead bolts.
What are the major materials?
The jug is thick-walled HDPE, its breather is anodized aluminum, and its cap uses ABS and a nitrile gasket. The Hose Bender uses flexible HDPE rubber, CNC aluminum, nitrile rubber, and molded clamps. The Floor Mount is hardened steel.
Can I get a replacement cap or seal?
Yes. The EZ cap and the rubber seal pack are sold separately, so a worn part never means a new jug.
